The game Jayraid, the Jayraid Launcher, the accompanying tools and all source
code, graphics, textures, music, sounds, texts and names (together "the
Software") are protected by copyright.

You MAY:
  - download the Software from the official downloads (Jayraid Launcher,
    https://github.com/PacoInteractive/Jayraid), install it and play it for
    private, non-commercial use;
  - take and publish screenshots and videos of the game (including monetized
    videos, e.g. on YouTube or Twitch), as long as it is clear that it shows
    Jayraid.

Without prior written permission of the copyright holder you may NOT:
  - copy, redistribute, sell, rent or offer the Software or any part of it for
    download elsewhere;
  - modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the
    Software, except where the law expressly permits it;
  - use graphics, music, sounds or the name "Jayraid" in other works.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
ARISING FROM ITS USE. Liability for intent and gross negligence under
mandatory law remains unaffected.

Das Spiel Jayraid, der Jayraid Launcher, die zugehoerigen Werkzeuge sowie
saemtlicher Quellcode, Grafiken, Texturen, Musik, Klaenge, Texte und Namen
(zusammen "die Software") sind urheberrechtlich geschuetzt.

Erlaubt ist:
  - die Software ueber die offiziellen Downloads (Jayraid Launcher,
    https://github.com/PacoInteractive/Jayraid) herunterzuladen, zu installieren
    und fuer den privaten, nicht gewerblichen Gebrauch zu spielen;
  - Bildschirmfotos und Videos vom Spiel zu machen und zu veroeffentlichen
    (auch mit Werbeeinnahmen, z. B. auf YouTube oder Twitch), solange klar ist,
    dass es sich um Jayraid handelt.

Ohne vorherige schriftliche Erlaubnis des Rechteinhabers NICHT erlaubt ist:
  - die Software oder Teile davon zu kopieren, weiterzugeben, zu verkaufen,
    zu vermieten oder auf anderen Seiten zum Download anzubieten;
  - die Software zu veraendern, zu zerlegen, zurueckzuentwickeln oder daraus
    abgeleitete Werke zu erstellen, soweit das Gesetz dies nicht ausdruecklich
    erlaubt;
  - Grafiken, Musik, Klaenge oder den Namen "Jayraid" in anderen Werken zu
    verwenden.

Die Software wird ohne Gewaehr bereitgestellt, "wie sie ist". Soweit gesetzlich
zulaessig, haftet der Rechteinhaber nicht fuer Schaeden, die aus der Nutzung
entstehen. Die gesetzliche Haftung fuer Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlaessigkeit
bleibt unberuehrt.
